Lesson Description:

We expect you by now to have a good understanding of all sections. We also expect you to remember all the lessons as everything you learn must always be tested, from beginning programs to advanced program. The reason being is because the advanced sections are usually taught so when you are in training you can automatically create all the variations you have learnt to date on your own without us constantly reminding you. Remember one of the key elements of this University Course is to help you THINK FOR YOURSELF

So the second section Biu Tze Chi Sao teaches you various attacks by utilizing internal Pak Saos with direct Biu Tze attacks to the neck. So in reality we are trying to take out our enemy in one blow – it is a very dangerous technique as we are aiming for the front of the neck. A very tender section that if struck too hard can lead to serious injury even DEATH… SO PRACTICE SLOWLY OR WEAR PROTECTION.

We are upping the stress levels so we look at the variations and methods to discharge his attack and counter attack.

Being an ‘internal attack’ in the sense we are attacking the internal structure of his arms it makes the game a bit more difficult so we focus a lot on the various responses remaining true to the Wing Chun fighting principles.
