Qigong is a branch of Chinese medicine. Soaring Crane Qigong is rooted in these principles and uses the graceful movements of a crane, breath awareness and mental focus to eliminate the stasis of qi (vital life energy) and blood. About the Actor
Zhao Jin Xiang is the originator of Soaring Crane Qigong. While ill with tuberculosis, he learned a form of sitting qigong that, in combination with Western Medicine, allowed a complete recovery. Inspired by this, he studied with several well-known doctors and qigong masters before developing this technique.
