The Bart Chum Dao Chi Sao is a very high level program designed to enhance, refine and improve all of your Wing Chun and Chi Sao reactive reflexes. Done very slowly and with much relaxation these lessons are designed to take your Chi Sao to a whole new level.

This is work that is practiced by the grandmasters, the Bart Chum Dao Chi Sao is not a game.

It must be worked with great caution and if done so and if you follow the lessons very carefully this will be the best level you will achieve in your Wing Chun development.
