Lesson Description:

So how does one exert his power without striking you partner repeatedly in the head? By using focus pads of course!!!

We show you how to train and gain great coordination, increased speed and timing, and of course, increased power.

We also look at different strikes (which may or may not be associated with Wing Chun), but are useful when learning at all the possible variations of attacks. Sifu Fernandez believes it is important to learn different strikes to integrate with your Wing Chun regimen – both for yourself and to be a better training partner.

You also learn how it is important for the person who guides or holds the pads to have the correct positioning and the timing /rhythm. One needs to develop this to ensure that your partner develops good skills, speed and power without damaging his wrists.
