Lesson Description:

The advanced Biu Tze works on the many principles already taught in previous lessons. More importantly it goes into depth explaining why it is important NOT to jump ahead trying to advance too quickly without first understanding the basics.

This lesson is a real eye opener as it teaches you how to train the body to develop powerful lethal strikes and at the same time helps you to increase spinal flexibility.

The advanced Biu Tze works the body on every level from learning how to develop powerful ‘Soft’ energy through the means of understanding body structure and increasing mental concentration.

In particular it teaches you how to strengthen all your articulations/joints looking at each one individually and its potential in how to increase power.

Biu Tze is not a form to be toyed with but must be taken very seriously. People not learning the biomechanics taught in these videos risk injury to themselves and others.

The important thing to understand is that all the lessons teach a clear and concise direction, and that it brings you to a very clear and unified approach to combat and self-defense.
