Lesson Description:

In this lesson we will show how to use the first form as a means to increase, power, strength in all your articulations/joints, how to relax the body and most importantly, how to increase flexibility in all your body.

Working on the basic and most important structure, the advanced form of Siu Nim Tao helps you to increase and learn how to generate power from a fixed stable position.

The first form is the most important part of the overall development in the Wing Chun system.

If you follow the University with the lessons the way it has been set up you will only benefit and progress quickly.
