HEY GIRL.

I remember when I first got into this stuff, I thought – what the heck is a light worker?

I had heard that it was something to do with feeling like y ou could help others, like there was a part of you that could see the greater picture that others could not for themselves.

I HAD THOUGHTS LIKE:

I feel super intuitive.

I feel like I get energy.

I feel like I have downloads from the universe.

I feel like I have this sort of, like, spiritual connection – BUT!

I am confused, I feel like I have a voice inside me to help others yet I don’t know where to begin.

I feel like part of me is (maybe?) ready to step up and be some sort of coach… or a mentor..

BUT I’ve never felt this way before!

I have no idea what these tools are, why I feel called – ALL I KNOW is that I feel called.

I feel like I want to be maybe an intuitive coach? (Is that what it’s called?)

But!! At the same time, I’m not crazy! I am not a witch, I am not hippy – heck I’m modern girl AF but I just feel like some part of me has a message to send. A message to spread.

WHAT DO I DO?!

Okay so if you’re feeling anything of the above — welcome, you’ve been called to rise.

You’ve been called to rise and spread some sort of message, something inside of you feels ready to DO SOMETHING.

But you’re confused – you don’t want to be seen as some weird voodoo-ey girl who “found a love for crystals”, and palo santo… you want to be seen as a modern girl spiritual coach perhaps – or something along those lines – who loves designer brands yet, has a knack for tapping into energy.

GIRL GIRL GIRL – HAVE I FELT THIS BEFORE!

This was how I felt before starting KW.

This was how I felt before creating my courses, coaching programs and – all of it.

THIS IS HOW I FELT!

So what did I do? I followed my intuition. I followed the courses. I did the courses. I followed the people who inspired me. I did my own personal development.

LET ME TELL YOU that I did’t get any certification to do what I do today. I simply was taught by other people who had created what I saw myself wanting to create.

The truth is, you can go to the life coaching schools and get your piece of paper – and if that helps you, AWESOME! But I knew for myself that the paper wasn’t needed. (You don’t NEED it to be able to be a coach or a mentor, unlike for people wanting to be doctors and lawyers – you need to go to school for that!).

What you ACTUALLY need, is to know that you have the answers within you and that you can trust what you’re being told to do and THAT IS IT.

YOU want the permission to be able to rise up and stand up and spread your soul message. (Something is jumping out of you).

YOU desire to have an extra income avenue for you to make money – or perhaps not at all!

Perhaps you just feel called to unlock your gifts to help your friends and family.

Eitherway, if you truly feel called: YOU KNOW IT.

Because the truth is, manifestation includes it ALL! It’s almost like saying: BEING school – learning how to BE beayse manifestation is simply a byproduct of the above things (intuition, mindset and spirit).

SOUL SPEAK – SPEAKING SOUL TO SOUL

This is a thing that i do on the daily, hourly – when i work with clients, when people sign up to my courses etc – my higher self speaks to their higher self.

I get SO many questions on how I create my courses. While there are SO many ways to create them, I will be showing you the BLUEPRINT of how I create my courses (trust me, I won’t be showing you specific like behind the scenes that will one day become irrelevant because technology has moved on) – i show you the blueprint so even 10 years from now, you could still apply these strategies and STILL be able to create a course.

HOW TO WORK WITH THE BACKFIRE

Sometimes when we feel called to rise, we get backlash from people of our past. Maybe people you used to know, people you were friends with, family etc – it can be easy for them to question what you’re doing and you feel like you almost just don’t want to try because of it! We talk about how to overcome and work cooperatively with this.

THE FEAR OF JUDGEMENT

When you’re putting yourself out there it’s so easy (even at my stage) to still feel like you could be judged. We work around what to do when you feel judged, even by the people you love most – and also the people from high school you haven’t spoken to for 10 years.

IDENTITY CRISIS

It’s also SUPER common to have some sort of identity crisis where you have no idea who you are, who you’re becoming and what the hell you’re doing. This is where we find inner grounding so that you can feel rooted in the decisions you’re making so that you can step up to your best potential.

WHAT THE HECK AM I CALLED?

It’s so easy to feel like you have gifts and to work with them – but then there’s the part where you have NO idea what to call yourself. Am I a spiritual coach?… A mindset mentor?? WHAT AM I? I tell you babes how I worked through what I did to land on calling myself a Manifestation and Mindset Coach.

WHERE DO I START?

How do i get myself out there, how do I put my message out there? People have already done this, so why me? Who would care about waht I have to say? Do I get onto pinterest, youtube, Facebook?
